Shipping and Returns
How much is shipping?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
How do I return my product?

RETURN POLICY

dabbyreid.com will accept items for a refund within 14 days of receipt of product. Items are eligible for an exchange for up to 30 days after receipt of product. All returned and exchanged merchandise must be unworn, in new condition, with original labels and packaging.

All sale items are final sale. Exchanges and returns will be subject to shipping charges. Items received as gifts may be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value.

Once your return is processed, you will receive an email confirming receipt and you will be issued a refund. We cannot refund shipping charges on returned items.

To return or exchange an item, please follow these simple steps:

1. Log in to your account.

2. Click on Order History

3. Select the order you would like to return, print out a copy of the order and include this in your return.

4. Note your order number and email us at email@dabbyreid.com or call us at 212-356-0040 to receive your Return Authorization number.

Please include a copy of your Return Authorization number inside the package and make sure the RA# is written clearly on the outside of the package. A Return Authorization must be obtained BEFORE returning any items.

Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.
